full immersion

SUPPLIES:
375g of water (15:1 ratio)
25g of freshly ground coffee (coarse)
Kettle
French Press

STEP ONE
Put ground coffee at the bottom of French Press.

STEP TWO
After water is up to temperature, pour all of the 375g of water into the French Press & making sure to get all the grounds evenly saturated.

STEP THREE
Let brew for four minutes, making sure not to jostle or disturb the brewer.

FINAL STEP
After four minutes, gently plunge the filter until you feel the bottom. Enjoy!
