Understanding how to dial in and extract espresso seems daunting, but it doesn’t have to be!

In this course, you will learn the intricacies of pulling an excellent espresso. You’ll get hands-on experience dosing, distributing, and tamping and learn the different variables to achieve a consistently delicious result.

We will also practice dialing in a brand new coffee- learning what to look for in figuring out the best recipe for any given coffee. Attendees will learn the basics of milk choice, frothing, and how to combine espresso and milk properly.

Class times: 6:30pm-8:30pm at The Factory at Franklin
